The system is an intelligent chronic disease whole course management platform for medical institutions, covering the diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of diabetes, coronary heart disease, stroke and other diseases in a closed loop. It supports real-time alarm of high and low blood sugar, medical-level data transmission, and realizes dynamic perception and rapid response of patient status through multi-terminal collaboration and intelligent early warning centers. It can be equipped with an AI clinical decision-making assistance system to provide intelligent diagnosis and treatment recommendations; it has the function of full-process event traceability and hospital-wide remote consultation to improve the quality and collaboration efficiency of diagnosis and treatment. The system adopts a SaaS-level security architecture that meets the requirements of the third level of equal protection to ensure data privacy and compliance, and supports flexible mobile deployment, adapts to various medical institutions, and helps smart hospital construction and service upgrades.

The sensor is implanted under the skin of the abdomen through a soft probe to measure inter-tissue fluid glucose for 14 consecutive days. It has an IP27 waterproof rating and supports daily showers.
